Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to malfunction or damage, you may return it to us for repair or refund*. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Free returns only available if buyers contact us within five (5) days of the delivered date. After five (5) days of the delivered date, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging included.

Return Process

To return an item, please Shopee chat/whatsapp customer service at +601156816534, by providing your order ID, and go through online troubleshooting before we proceed for return. Once we have verify your request and agree for your return, kindly place the item securely in its original packaging, with ORDER ID and REASON OF RETURNING written on a piece of paper and stick on the original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, after five (5) days of the delivered date, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you to whatsapp/Shopee chat us your tracking ID in order for us to track your return.

Repair/Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your repair or refund*. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your repair or refund*.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without warranty
  • Items damaged/malfunction due to human factor (disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting)
  • Items without original box
  • Unsatisfactory due to own reason (placed orders on wrong variant/wrong color)
  • Free gifts

Warranty Policy

Warranty

We will only be responsible for the return shipping charges within five (5) days of the delivered date. After five (5) days of the delivered date, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Our warranty has five (5) categories:

  • ONE (1) month warranty;
  • THREE (3) months warranty;
  • SIX (6) months warranty;
  • TWELVE (12) months / ONE (1) year warranty;
  • TWENTY FOUR (24) months / TWO (2) years warranty;

Each category has a different compensation rate according to the terms of warranty.

Refunds

Please refer to our refund policy, we reserve the right not to refund if the buyer did not follow all our after-sales policy.

Warranty Exception

Warranty will be voided if:

  • Item is beyond warranty period;
  • Damage and malfunction due to uncontrollable external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes and traffic accidents);
  • Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions that lead to damage or malfunction, such as use under extreme temperatures, etc.;
  • Product natural wear and tear
  • Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting and other human behavior that causes damage

Refunds Policy

ONE (1) MONTH WARRANTY

  • Within 5 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 100% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 10 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 70% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 15 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 50% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 30 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 30% of the actual paid amount by order.

THREE (3) MONTHS WARRANTY

  • Within 5 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 100% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 2 weeks of delivery date, maximum compensation is 70% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 2 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 50% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 3 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 30% of the actual paid amount by order.

SIX (6) MONTHS WARRANTY

  • Within 5 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 100% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 1 month of delivery date, maximum compensation is 70% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 3 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 50% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 6 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 30% of the actual paid amount by order.

12 MONTHS/1 YEAR WARRANTY

  • Within 5 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 100% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 1 month of delivery date, maximum compensation is 70% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 6 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 50% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 12 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 30% of the actual paid amount by order.

24 MONTHS /2 YEARS WARRANTY

  • Within 5 days of delivery date, maximum compensation is 100% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 1 month of delivery date, maximum compensation is 70% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 12 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 50% of the actual paid amount by order.
  • Within 24 months of delivery date, maximum compensation is 30% of the actual paid amount by order.

Exceptions

We reserve the right not to refund if:

  • buyer did not return the items to us
  • items return without contacting us
  • items return without going through online troubleshoot
  • items return without original box
  • items return without proper packaging and caused damages during delivery
